"Café Ballanger in old town Nice is amazing! Samaneh offered me great service, she is really nice and professional. The gentleman with longish hair was also very professional. The decor was really colorful matching the staff uniforms. I had the Annabelle Chantilly Crepe which is served with vanilla sugar and fresh homemade whipped cream. The crepe was soft and fluffy, great flavor, and the fresh whipped cream that kept it's peaks really impressed me. They have sweet and savory menu which includes brunch items, lunch items (omelettes, savory waffles, crepes, pancakes, and more), an extensive drink menu with coffees, milkshakes, teas, chocolates, tons of extras (I saw popcorn syrup), and a dessert menu including crepes, churros, doughnuts, waffles, and tons of toppings! Pretty impressive menu and location. 100% recommended!"

"A cute pink and green cafe next to the opera house and only steps away from Promenade des Anglais, I recommend this cafe for the waffles and sweets. I did take out both times I was here, but I kind of wished I had dined in. I got the Nutella and banana waffle with salad, and it was delicious. The waffle was fluffy but filling and there was a perfect balance of Nutella, banana pieces, and whipped cream. The staff were very friendly and had big, bright smiles. The prices are a little on the higher side, but it is in a tourist-type area, so I expected this. However, I personally felt the quality and taste of the food was worth the price."

"It's an absolutely awesome Café right at the heart of Nice city center. The experience was superb by all means. The guy who receives the clients was absolutely gentle and very well mannered in dealing with customers (too bad I didn't catch his name). The food was great. I had a waffle, which by far has been one of the best of the best I have had. Don't miss the chance of visiting here for some refreshments after spending time in downtown Nice."

"First time took two scoops of ice cream, 5€. I placed an order at the self-service checkout. Second time I ordered crepe with white chocolate, nutella, banana, strawberrys and nuts. This cost me 12,50€, taste was good except strawberrys were frozen.. at this price I expect fresh strawberries."
